I had a little issue on Valentines Day, the waiter and manager were amazing. I was shocked at how wonderful everyone was to us. It was an amazing night and I will def be going back just for that reason, the food was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for better people to run this place. Thank you!

Pappas has excellent food, very professional service, great ambiance and decor. Rarely can you open a door because someone is already opening it for you, very common to have multiple servers maintaining your table without any interruption. You ask for nothing because everything is anticipated by the service team. By far the best steaks I have ever found! By the way, I have been eating here for 10 years.

It was the most amazing experience we have had at a restaurant. The entire staff, just not our fantastic waiter Sam were attentive and friendly. The food!! My boyfriend said it was the best steak he’s ever had and I can only say I’ve only said that about one other place in my life. You will not leave there hungry or disappointed. They know how to treat and feed their guests. You guys deserve more than 5 stars! Cheers.

We love hanging out. Last night we visited this excellent restaurant which friends told us about. We passed a delightful experience there with high-qulity cooking and a well-trained stuff and a distinguished chef. We put this venue in our list and we shall no doubt go again soon. We highly recommend.

People have different tastes in food and wine. But for me, this is the best steakhouse in Houston. Such friendly service, excellent wine list and a great cut of meat. Doesn't get better than that!

Every part of this experience was amazing. We were greeted promptly, our waitress (Carol) was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the food was fantastic! My husband got the blueberry pecan mule and it was good. We shared the lobster deviled eggs, porterhouse for 2 carved table side, Brussel sprouts, and milk chocolate mousse and toasted marshmallow. I have nothing negative to say about any of it. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely go back!

Easily the best steak house in Houston, and there are a few really good ones in Houston. The combination of the quality of the steaks, professional service, selection of wine and cigars, with a stately ambiance, all make for an amazing experience every time.

There is no better steak in America - period. These guys dry-age their beef for 30-days on site and cook them to absolute perfection. This atmosphere is incredible, the service is unmatched, incredible customized cocktails and your steak will make you weep it is so good. Favorite cocktail is a Moscow Mule, wedge salad with cucumber ranch and fresh bacon is to die for and the NY Strip should be illegal. Lobster Mac and cheese, scalloped potatoes and the creamer spinach make for perfect shareable sides. The meal will set you back but well worth it!

My brother and I visited from out of state. The Manager, David McCrea and our waiter, Joey Garcia were both extremely welcoming. It felt like they were old time friends of ours by the time we left. All of the food was delicious, especially the huge crab legs and scallops. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is elegant and beautiful. We had good service. As others mentioned there is a wait even with reservations.Food was good generous portions and good taste. I feel like is a little over price compared to other steakhouses were I had similar quality food and experience. Nevertheless it was a good time and nice experienced coming here tonight.

I dined here last night with my boyfriend. Overall everything was great. Our food, service and experience were great. We had a small issue with the bill and the level of service and attention given towards it was impeccable. We will definitely be back.

This place is Houston. I've been coming here for over 20 years. This particular Steakhouse is a shining example of what excellence looks like. Even if you walk in without a reservation and eat at the bar, expect a great meal. The people who make this experience happen, are the best on the business. They're not just the staff, they are artists of their craft.

If you want to be "WOW'D," I truly suggest you come dressed comfortably, and indulge in for your fav steak cravings! The taste will knock you off your feet, l assure you!The crew & management walks all night long to make sure you are receiving the utmost quality dining experience.
